Beginner Class – No experience necessary. Learn the fundamentals of boxing like footwork, how to hit the heavy bag, speed bag and hand pads.
Advanced Class – Must have beginner class experience. Learn defensive drills, techniques and situational boxing hints.
Boxing Boot Camp – Exercises related to boxing, including: abdominal work; medicine ball use; leg work; small weight work; and more.
