Anthony
Molino
Anthony Molino has a Bachelor's Degree
in Culinary Arts, specializing in Sports Specific Nutrition.
Currently employed as the Director of Nutrition at Methodist
Hospital, Anthony has developed a nutrition analysis program
called "Food Fitness" for high performance nutrition
and sports supplementation for athletes.
Anthony's experience in
physical fitness began while competing in bodybuilding and
power-lifting, and has progressed into endurance distance
triathlons. Recently, Anthony has competed in the Florida
Ironman Triathlon, consisting of a 2.4-mile ocean swim, 112-mile
bike, and a complete marathon.
Anthony promises to bring
the same intensity and fitness knowledge that he's garnered over
the years and through his experience, and pass it along to his
clients to help them maximize their potential.
Anthony is certified in
the following areas: ISSA, Mad Dogg
Spinning, and CPR. Anthony is also certified as a Red Cross Lifeguard.
